How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Crystal AI > Cancel Subscription.

How does crystal identification work?

Take a photo of any crystal using the Identify tab. Our AI analyzes the image and identifies the crystal, its healing properties, and chakra connections.

Why didn't the AI identify my crystal correctly?

AI identification works best with clear, well-lit photos showing the full crystal. Try again with better lighting or a different angle. Results are suggestions, not guaranteed identifications.

Is crystal healing medical advice?

No. Crystal AI provides information for educational and entertainment purposes only. Crystal healing is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to More > Restore Purchases. This will restore your Premium subscription if you've already purchased it.
